5. User Conduct
Members must use i-Match only for genuine matrimonial and relationship-related purposes. You must not:
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Create fake, duplicate or misleading profiles.
- Harass, threaten, abuse or repeatedly contact another member against their wishes.
- Use the service for fraud, solicitation, advertising, spam or unauthorized commercial activity.
- Attempt to obtain passwords, financial information or other sensitive information from members.
- Use automated tools or methods to scrape, copy or collect member information without authorization.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
6. Profile Verification and Safety
Where i-Match provides email verification, profile review, reporting or other verification features, these features are intended to improve trust and safety but do not guarantee the identity, background, intentions or conduct of any member.
Members should independently verify information before sharing sensitive details, transferring money, travelling to meet someone, or making personal or financial commitments.
7. Communication and Meetings
Any communication, meeting, relationship or other interaction between members is undertaken at the members' own discretion and responsibility. i-Match does not control private communications or personal decisions between members.
Members should use appropriate caution when communicating with people they have not met personally.
8. Search, Matching and Recommendations
Search results, profile listings, filters, matching features and recommendations are provided to help members discover potentially relevant profiles. They do not constitute a guarantee that a particular member is compatible, available, genuine, interested or suitable for marriage.
9. Interests and Member Features
Features such as sending, receiving, accepting or declining interests may be provided as part of the service. Availability of particular features may depend on account type, membership plan, website configuration or future changes to the service.
10. Membership Plans and Payments
Where paid membership plans or other paid services are offered, the applicable price, duration, included features and payment conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase or activation.
- Membership access may expire at the end of the applicable membership period.
- Features included in a plan may change as the service develops, subject to applicable law and the terms presented at purchase.
- Refunds, cancellations and payment disputes will be handled according to the applicable payment and refund terms displayed by i-Match and/or the payment provider.

12. Member Content
By submitting profile information, photographs or other content to i-Match, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content. You grant i-Match permission to host, display and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate the matrimonial service, subject to the Privacy Policy and your account settings.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the i-Match Privacy Policy. Members should avoid publishing sensitive personal information in public profile fields unless they understand the visibility and risks associated with doing so.
14. Reporting and Complaints
If you believe a profile, message or other activity violates these terms or presents a safety concern, please report it to i-Match using the available reporting facility or contact details. i-Match may review reports and take appropriate action based on the information available.
15. Suspension and Termination
